• At the end of 2010 there were 5.3 billion mobile subscriptions  (and counting) – that’s equivalent to 77 percent of the world’s population.
• Over 1 billion of the worlds 4+ billion mobiles phones are now smart phones.
• In 2011, 63% have used their mobiles for shopping, 37% to conduct financial transactions, 34% for travel bookings, and 23% for insurance payments or purchases.  THE FUTURE IS MOBILE!
• Marketers are about to begin advertising to social media users based on their preferences, profile and security permissions.
• Traditional retailers are embracing e-tail ……and subsequently closing their physical shopfront with more customers and more profits.

Workers need to adapt to the new mobile world.  The world has already changed – whether you realize it or not – and its about to skyrocket in the mobile arena.
